So easy and so good! These meatballs will melt in your mouth!
We wanted to make something easy the other day. Meatballs in the crockpot are a total go to for I think anyone really! But we aren't even using those frozen meatballs, these are from scratch. Can someone say yum? Yeah, I can!
This was such an easy thing to put together in the morning. Then come home later in the day and have this yummy homecooked meal that cooked all day. It showed that in its taste too. Because oh my gosh was it so good!

These meatballs were so good you could pair it with pasta, bread, or they were so good they were excellent by itself too! Full of flavor and so tender every bite was just as good as the one before it.

We started by cutting up tomatoes, onion, garlic tops, and parsley. We also used some garlic tops and parsley for the meat ball mixture too. We love using fresh ingredients and if you have them these are perfect for this dish. for some reason it just makes it taste so much better. So any chance we get, we add them into our dishes.

We Found using our kitchen aid to mix our meat for things like meatballs, meatloaf, and anything in between changes up the game. Sure sometimes its fun to get your hands dirty and mix it by hand, but mixing it with the mixer really incorporates everything together. Give it a try and see how it totally changes the game up.
We add the ground beef, garlic tops, parsley, egg, breadcrumbs, grated cheese, and seasoning all together to get some yummy meatball mixture. Once that was mixed we formed them into meatballs and put them in a pan to roast off in the over, if you have an air fry feature they also do well with that too. Either way pop them into the for about 20 minutes to get a crust on them and that they won't fall apart in the crockpot.

Add the tomatoes and vegetables into the crockpot, you can smush them too. It'll just help the juices cook even more. Also add two jars of sauce with a little seasoning and you'll be ready to add the meatballs into it when they come out.

When the meatballs come out, they already look so good. But just be patient because they get even better what you cook them on low all day in the sauce. I mean isn't that what homecooked Italian is cooking it all day and you can really taste that love from it.

Carefully place the meatballs in the crockpot and give it a stir. Set it on low and let it go all day until your ready to serve, its that easy!

After you've left it be for a few hours, you come back to this gorgeous dinner. The meatballs and sauce are full of flavor. The meatballs are so tender that you just want more and more. You can really tell it was cooked and loved all day long.
I think that's the beauty of crockpots is because they're able to cook for hours, what's being cooked in them is always so taste. I am a big fan of all crockpot recipes and making things in the crockpot. It is always easy, tasty, and always ready for the family for dinner!

Let me tell you this might ruin you for eating frozen bagged meatballs ever again. Though it may be convenient you will never get meatballs like this any other way. Let me know what you think, go get cooking!
